As voting centers close across Haiti, Election Officials begin the counting of ballots. In this election, 232 candidates are running for 20 senatorial seats and 1621 candidates are running for 118 post in the parliament. Le Conseil Electoral Provisoire vient d’annoncer le report des élections qui étaient prévues pour ce dimanche 24 janvier 2016, en raison des actes de violences.
